Grant Writing = Remodeling

Over a ten year period my husband, Kevin, and I added two additions and remodeled the entire main floor of our house. Although it had its challenges, it was an enjoyable time for us. One day, when I hit a grant writer’s block, I started to reflect on our remodeling. Then it dawned on me – there are a lot of analogies between house remodeling and grant writing. Over the next few months, I will be posting my analogy of how grant writing is like remodeling a house.
